  • 4 oz vodka use a good quality vodka
  • 2 oz coffee liqueur such as Kahlúa
  • 2 oz heavy cream or milk for a lighter option
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread syrup store-bought or homemade
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon for dusting
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream optional, for topping
  • 1 tbsp gingerbread cookie crumbs for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cocktail
  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, heavy cream, and gingerbread syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Serve
  1. Strain the mixture into glasses filled with ice.
  2. Top with whipped cream, a dusting of cinnamon, and gingerbread cookie crumbs.
