Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces low-carb wraps
  • 3 large beefsteak tomatoes cut into thick slices
  • 12 strips bacon
  • 3/4 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Cook the bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Lay out each low-carb wrap on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of secret sauce over each wrap. Layer on lettuce, tomato slices, and crispy bacon.
  4. Carefully roll up each wrap tightly from one end to the other. Secure with toothpicks or parchment paper if needed.
  5. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and arrange them on a platter. Serve immediately.
