Ingredients
  

Chicken and Marinade
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large tortillas flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced pineapple fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with Hawaiian BBQ sauce, garlic powder, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, grilled chicken, diced pineapple, sliced red onion, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Wrap tightly and slice in half to serve.
