Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground beef preferably lean
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup green beans fresh or frozen
Sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup beef broth low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Topping
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

Prepare the Meat
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with diced potatoes, sliced carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake the Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  1. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
