Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until everything is nicely mixed.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Use a brush or spoon to evenly distribute the hot honey mixture over each chicken breast.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese generously over the chicken.
  5. Scatter minced garlic over the top of and around the chicken breasts along with lemon slices.
  6. Place your baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
