Ingredients
  

Chicken and Vegetables
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning and Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic.
Season and Bake
  1. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Add Toppings and Serve
  1. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  2. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
