Ingredients
  

Hummus Base
  • 2 cups hummus store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish
Pita Chips
  • 4 pieces pita bread cut into triangles

Method
 

Prepare the Hummus Base
  1. In a large mixing bowl, spread the hummus evenly across the bottom.
Add Toppings
  1. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and kalamata olives on top of the hummus.
Finish the Bowl
  1. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top, drizzle with olive oil, and garnish with paprika and fresh parsley.
Serve
