Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed optional

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and ground flaxseed. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  2. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips for added sweetness.
Form Balls
  1. Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Chill
  1. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
