Cook the Sausage

- Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, corn, and BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
Finish the Dish
- Return the cooked sausage to the skillet, stir to combine, and heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
