Method
- Prepare your homemade lemonade according to its directions or measure out 8 cups of store-bought lemonade and set aside.
- Wash and slice the fresh peaches, removing the pits carefully. Reserve about ¼ of the slices for garnish.
- Blend the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Combine the peach puree with the remaining lemonade in a pitcher and stir gently. Add reserved peach slices and lemon slices.
- Serve over ice or chill before serving. Garnish with fresh mint and peach slices.
