Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups mixed greens such as arugula and spinach
  • 2 medium pears sliced
Toppings
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted and chopped
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Method
 

Prepare the Salad

Make the Dressing
