Pickle Dip

A creamy and tangy dip that combines non-dairy cream cheese and pickles for a burst of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz non dairy sour cream
  • 3 Tbs vegan mayo
  • 6 oz non dairy cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs dill
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Set a large mixing bowl aside and dice your pickles.
  2. In the large bowl, combine the vegan mayo, non-dairy sour cream, and non-dairy cream cheese.
  3. Add the diced pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, and onion powder into the bowl. Mix everything well until it's fully blended.
  4. Season your dip with salt and pepper to taste.
