Cook Potstickers
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the frozen potstickers and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and steam for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare Noodles
- While the potstickers are cooking, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-6 minutes.
- Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Sauté Vegetables
- In the same skillet used for potstickers, add the mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until tender.
Assemble Bowls
- In serving bowls, layer the cooked noodles, sautéed vegetables, and potstickers on top.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
