Protein Balls

Quick, healthy no-bake snacks packed with protein and fiber.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl add the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, and dark chocolate chips. Mix well until all ingredients are blended.
  2. Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour to chill.
  3. Scoop the ingredients with a cookie scoop and roll in your hands until a ball is formed.
  4. Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
