Prepare Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake Meatballs
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Prepare Cranberry Sauce
- While the meatballs are baking, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and mustard in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is heated through and the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
- Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and add them to the saucepan with the cranberry sauce. Stir to coat the meatballs evenly.
