Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
Creamy Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Vegetables
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
Liquid
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Add Creamy Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
Add Vegetables and Broth
  1. Add the chopped carrots and celery on top of the chicken mixture.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables.
Cook
  1. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve
  1. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
  2. Serve warm over rice or with bread.
