Method
Prepare the Chicken
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
Add Creamy Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
Add Vegetables and Broth
- Add the chopped carrots and celery on top of the chicken mixture.
- Pour the chicken broth over the vegetables.
Cook
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Serve
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve warm over rice or with bread.
