Juice your lime and measure out the agave syrup, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, and any optional simple syrup.
If making homemade raspberry syrup, combine ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup sugar, and ½ cup water in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened, then strain and cool.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the agave syrup, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, and either egg white or aquafaba.
Shake vigorously without ice for about 15-20 seconds to emulsify the egg white or aquafaba.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge or some grated lime zest.
