Prepare the Salmon Balls

- Place the salmon balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Creamy Avocado Sauce
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, lime juice, minced garlic, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

- Remove the salmon balls from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Serve warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side for dipping.
