Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until melted and smooth.
- Spread 2/3 of the melted chocolate on the parchment paper lined pan.
- Lay pretzels on top of the melted chocolate in an even layer and gently press them into the chocolate.
- Melt unwrapped caramels in the microwave with heavy cream for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Drizzle any remaining melted chocolate all over the top of your pretzel-caramel layer.
- Chill your creation until firm.
