Prepare the Beef
- Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add Vegetables
- Add the chopped onion, sliced carrots, and sliced celery to the slow cooker.
Cook the Dish
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
Add Noodles
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the egg noodles.
- Cover and cook until the noodles are tender.
Serve
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

For a thicker sauce, you can mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
