Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt for seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper for seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika for seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder for seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning for seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic for seasoning
  • enough to coat Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce for sauce and topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese for sauce and topping

Method
 

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  3. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Lay the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes.
  5. Spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  6. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to coat it thoroughly.
  7. Cover your slow cooker and set it on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until both chicken and potatoes are cooked through and tender.
  8. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.
