Prepare Ingredients
- Chop the onion, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Layer in Slow Cooker
- Place the chopped vegetables at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
- Pour the chicken broth and crushed tomatoes over the chicken.
Cook
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Serve
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled feta cheese.
