Ingredients
  

Cocktail Ingredients
  • 8 oz tequila preferably blanco
  • 4 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz orange liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 oz agave syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 4 slices lime for garnish
  • 4 sprigs rosemary for garnish
Rim Ingredients
  • 1 lime lime wedge for rimming
  • 1/4 cup coarse salt or sugar mixed with cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare the Glass
  1. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and dip it into a mixture of coarse salt and cinnamon.
  2. Set the glasses aside to dry.
Mix the Margarita
  1. In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Serve
  1. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with lime slices and rosemary sprigs.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
