Prepare the Pasta
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken.
Make the Sauce
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
- Add the cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and well combined.
Combine and Bake
- Pour the cheese sauce over the spaghetti and chicken mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
