Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz spaghetti uncooked
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
Sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and heated through.
  2. Add the cheddar and pepper jack cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and well combined.
Combine and Bake
  1. Pour the cheese sauce over the spaghetti and chicken mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
