Method
Cook the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Drizzle a little oil over the noodles to prevent sticking.
Prepare the Chicken
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Combine Everything
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and add the drained noodles. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve
- Serve the sticky garlic chicken noodles hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
