Prepare the Churro Dough
- In a saucepan, combine boiling water and butter. Stir until melted.
- Add flour, sugar, and salt to the mixture. Stir until a dough forms.

Shape the Churro Bites
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe small bite-sized pieces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.
Air Fry the Churro Bites
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place churro bites in the basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Coat with Cinnamon Sugar
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- Remove churro bites from the air fryer and immediately toss in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
