Prepare the Marinade

- Add the ground beef to the marinade and mix until fully coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Prepare the Vegetables
- While the beef is cooking, steam the broccoli, and sauté the sliced carrots and bell peppers in a separate pan until tender, about 5 minutes.
Assemble the Bowl
- In a bowl, layer cooked brown rice, followed by the cooked beef, steamed broccoli, sautéed carrots, and bell peppers.
- Top with chopped scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced avocado if desired.
