Ingredients
  

Base
  • 24 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup Oreo crumbs for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.
Make the Filling
  1. In another bowl, mix together peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the Oreo base.
Add the Topping
  1. Pour melted chocolate chips over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly.
  2. Sprinkle Oreo crumbs on top for garnish.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before cutting into bars.
